The Production Process Made Easy
Although getting your own video production project underway may
appear
overwhelming at first, the entire process can actually be broken
down into three (3)
simple areas: Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production.

Pre-Production: This is the planning
and co-ordination phase. It includes
choosing a location and writing a script. It is also the most
important phase.
During this phase we discuss your specific needs in order
to determine if extra
shooting time, equipment or creative services are required
to complete your
production. We can then provide you with a preliminary budget
estimate.
Note: For the basic “No Frills”
packages creative and special needs are not an
option.
Scriptwriting: Just a word about scriptwriting. If you chose
to write your own
script, we can provide script consultation and give you suggestions
on how to write
effectively for the :30 to :90 second Video Web Commercial.

Production: This is when the
actual videotaping takes place. Narration,
voice-over, decision on graphics and music are also part of
this phase.

Post-Production: Editing, audio
mixing, insertion of titles and any special effects
that have been agreed upon in Pre-Production take place in
this phase.
Before beginning your project it is necessary that you assign one person to serve as your
“Approval Person” for the project in the event you will not be available. This person will
have the authority to give final approval for each phase of the production process, which
relates to content of your Web Commercial.

1 hour of pre-production time to include script writing. The
script is written with information from Q&A form, and
must be filled out by the client as completely and accurately
as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Script revisions are not included
in the Basic Packages. However, if one wishes a script revision,
this may be done in the pre-production phase only, and will
be subject to overtime charges.

If the client would like a longer shooting time, a script revision
or re-edit of the video, the following over time charges apply:

Shoot over established times:
$25 per 15 minutes Minimum time: 15 minute

Script revision: $50 per hour
Minimum time: 30 minutes

Video re-edit: $75 per hour Minimum
time: 30 minutes

Video re-shoot: $100 per hour

If the client has a special creative project, we will meet with
the client to discuss the projects needs and create a package price.
We partner with high end commercial production houses, and can handle
any size or type of production.

We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, American Express and
Check via Commercial Business Account.
PLEASE NOTE: When
you book a taping, we schedule our videographer and remove him/her
from other production schedules. If for some reason, the client
cancels, arrives excessively late, or simply doesn't show up,
we charge a cancellation fee so we can guarantee our videographers
will still be paid. If we receive less than 24-hours notice of
a cancellation, a fee of $125 will be charged. Please call for

If, for some reason, the client is unhappy with the video we
produce, we will tape it again at no charge. However, it must
be the fault of the videographer, not because the content or information
that the client provided was inaccurate, or the client wanted
to add information after shoot was complete. Or, the fact that
the client didn't like the way he or she looked. If there is a
dispute, we will work to resolve the issue. We want you to be
happy and refer us to your associates.
